01Why InvestPilot Pro exists
The problem isn’t the questions. It’s spending hours on them without knowing if the purchase will happen.
At the start, I simply wanted to analyse my own property projects better. When I began looking at buying to renovate and sell, I quickly realised how hard it was to assess a home with only the information available in listings. Between the asking price, the purchase costs, the financing and the potential return, there was always something missing to make a decision.
That frustration is what pushed me to create InvestPilot.
Then, talking with an estate agent, I discovered the other side of the problem. Days filled with calls, enquiries, viewings, return calculations prepared for prospective buyers who sometimes never get back in touch.
What struck me wasn’t just how much time it takes. It was realising that a professional can spend several hours with a buyer without really knowing whether their plans are far enough along to go through.
In the end, we were looking at two versions of the same problem: a buyer who lacks the information to move forward, and an agent who lacks the visibility to know where to spend their time.
That thinking is where InvestPilot Pro came from.
Today, InvestPilot lets buyers explore several buying strategies, work out their costs, estimate their financing and assess the financial side of a home before they even contact an agency.
Some even choose to take out a subscription to go deeper into their analysis. It is no guarantee of a purchase or of financing, but it is one more sign of commitment.
Our aim is simple: to bring professionals together with better-prepared buyers, so that your time goes into supporting their plans rather than rebuilding the basics.

I came up with InvestPilot from a practical need: having information clear and complete enough to assess a property project before making a decision.
What started as a tool I wanted to build for myself has gradually become a platform designed to make property analysis more accessible, more structured and more useful.
Today, I lead the vision and development of InvestPilot, with one conviction: technology should simplify the relationship between buyers and professionals, not add another layer of complexity.
I make a point of staying close to what happens on the ground. Conversations with property professionals are essential to understanding their needs and taking InvestPilot Pro in the right direction.
