InvestPilot is established outside the European Union and outside the United Kingdom. In accordance with Article 27 of the GDPR and the equivalent UK regulation, we have appointed a representative for each of these territories.

Hosting and infrastructure
The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, database and deployment. Their identity and the way they process personal data are set out in the Privacy policy.
Purpose of the service
InvestPilot is a property analysis tool. It scores listings against five buying strategies, models a buyer's financial capacity, estimates the value of a property, and cross-references these analyses.
InvestPilot sells no property, brokers no transaction, and holds no client funds.
Intellectual property
The InvestPilot name, the InvestScore™ name, the logos, the interface, the scoring methodology and the report templates are protected. Nothing on this site transfers any right over them.
Reports you generate are yours to keep, print and share. The underlying methodology remains ours.
