The InvestScore is the Nutri-Score of real estate: a score from 0 to 100. Just as the Nutri-Score sums up a food’s quality at a glance, the InvestScore sums up a property’s quality for your strategy. The higher it is, the better it fits a sound purchase.

You don’t buy the same way to live in a place, to rent it out or to renovate it. That’s why we analyse every property against five strategies: main residence, second home, long-term rental, short-term rental, and buy-renovate-resell. You pick your goal and the score adapts.

Three. The InvestScore analyses a property. The Financial Capacity starts from your profile to see how far you can go. And the Cross Analysis brings both together: that property, for you, yes or no?

A portal shows you listings; InvestPilot tells you whether a listing is worth it. The portal answers «what’s for sale?»; we answer «is it right for me?». We use that data, and a lot more, to give you a verdict, not just a list.

At launch we focus on Spain, from coast to coast, with thousands of zones analysed. It’s our starting market; others will follow, steadily.

Anyone can use InvestPilot, wherever you live. The personalised tax side (taxes and costs based on your country of residence) currently covers residents of 10 European countries: Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and Ireland. We’ll add more as interest grows.

There are three plans: Free (€0), Plus (€24.90) and Premium (€59.90), each with its own pool of credits to generate reports. You start free and move up only if you need to. You’ll see the exact cost of each analysis inside your account, no small print.

Enough to really try it: a pool of credits to generate your first reports and get a clear feel for the value, no card and no commitment. The best way to see if InvestPilot is for you is to use it.

Yes. There are options for the independent agent, for the small agency with several reps, and for larger structures; and if you handle high volume, we adapt to your active listings. For professionals, InvestPilot adds a layer of intelligence on each active listing: the property’s InvestScore by strategy and its price range (to see if it’s well positioned), plus traction stats like views, leads generated (clicks to call or email) and reports downloaded. Not yet in this first phase, but we’re working on it. The idea is for InvestPilot to connect with the tools you already use day to day.

The price you see is the price you pay: any applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your country at checkout. The amount may vary slightly if you pay in another currency, such as Swiss francs or pounds.

Both. You pick what suits you best: monthly for maximum flexibility, or annual if you’d rather lock in your plan for the year.

Whenever you want, no phone calls, no maze. Your subscription renews automatically, but you cancel it in one click and keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. No catch.

You can cancel anytime at no cost, and it won’t renew. Since InvestPilot is a digital service used instantly, what’s already been used isn’t refunded. You’ll find all the details in our terms of sale, available to everyone.

Your data is handled in line with the GDPR and hosted in Switzerland, with Infomaniak, a provider with one of the strictest privacy policies out there: you own your data and it’s never sold or shared with third parties. To us it isn’t a product, it’s yours.

Yes, anytime. You request closure and we delete your account and your data. No holding you hostage, no obstacle course.

You create your account, search for a property in our marketplace (just like on any portal), choose your strategy and done: your report is generated in seconds. The first time, reading this sentence takes longer than getting the result.
