What exactly is the InvestScore?
A score from 0 to 100 that sums up how well a home fits one specific buying plan. It weighs up 243 criteria: local market, location, how easily it resells, price and taxation. The score reads in seconds, and the report explains it in detail.
Is it only for people buying to rent out?
No, quite the opposite. Main home and second home are the first two plans scored by the InvestScore. Whether you are buying your first flat or finally making the move after years of renting, InvestPilot gives you the numbers usually known only to industry insiders.
I am buying from abroad. Does it work for me?
Yes, that is one of its strengths. The Financial capacity tool calculates how much you can borrow from a Spanish bank based on your tax residence, with 10 countries covered: Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and Ireland. And the analysis accounts for what changes for you: the tax rules of your country and the specific obligations of non-resident buyers.
Where does the data come from?
From professional property data providers and public sources, with market references for 2,724 Spanish municipalities. Many figures in the report, such as local taxes, can be checked independently.
What do you do with my data?
Only what your analyses need. We do not sell your data, including your financial capacity details. Our privacy policy explains who can access it and why.
