These terms apply to every paid subscription to InvestPilot, sold by Res Procuratio Sàrl to a consumer.

They constitute the contract between us. They are available at all times on this page, and you accept them before payment.

InvestPilot is sold by subscription, on three tiers: Free, Plus and Premium. The contents of each tier are set out on the pricing page and in the billing section of the application.

Each paid tier includes a monthly allowance of credits. Generating a report consumes credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not carry over.

Credits are the unit of value of this contract. This determines how withdrawal is calculated, see section 10.

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of Spanish VAT at 21% where applicable. The price displayed is the price payable. There are no set-up fees and no additional charges.

The applicable tax depends on your country of residence and is applied at checkout.

You select a plan, review a summary setting out the plan, the price, the billing frequency and the renewal date, and confirm. You may correct any error until you confirm.

Before payment, we display: the total price, the fact that the subscription renews automatically, the amount that will be charged on renewal, and the method of cancellation.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. We send you a confirmation and an invoice by email.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Card data is handled in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

The charge appears on your bank statement under the descriptor INVESTPILOT.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend access until it succeeds.

InvestPilot is a digital service. There is no physical delivery.

Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment. The credits included in your plan are available in your account at that moment, and reports may be generated straight away.

Reports are made available in the application and as downloadable PDF files. Generation is normally immediate. Where generation fails for a technical reason attributable to us, the credits consumed are returned to your account.

Where we offer a free tier, a promotional price or a launch offer, we state before payment: what the offer includes, how long it lasts, the date on which it ends, and the price applicable afterwards.

No promotional offer converts into a paid subscription without your express agreement to the price that follows it.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until cancelled.

We notify you before any annual renewal and before any price increase.

You may cancel at any time from your account. No fee applies and no reason is required.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain access, and your credits, until the end of the period already paid for. The period in progress is not refunded, subject to the right of withdrawal below.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason.

Immediate performance. InvestPilot is available from the moment you subscribe. To provide that access, we ask you to confirm two matters at checkout:

• that you expressly request that performance begin immediately, before the end of the withdrawal period;
• that you acknowledge that the credits you consume constitute digital content delivered to you, and that you lose your right of withdrawal in respect of the credits consumed.

Calculation of the refund. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you pay only for what has actually been supplied. Under this contract, what is supplied is measured in credits, not in elapsed days:

• You subscribe, generate nothing, and withdraw on day 3: you are refunded in full.
• You have used half of your credits: you are refunded half.
• You have used all of your credits: no refund is due, the whole of what you paid for having been supplied.

Annual subscriptions. Billing months that have not begun are refunded in full. The month in progress follows the calculation above.

Refunds are made to the payment method used, within 14 days of your withdrawal.

Send an email to contact@investpilot.co within 14 days, from the address registered to your account, stating that you withdraw. No particular form of words is required and no explanation is needed.

We acknowledge receipt, calculate the refund under section 10, and process it.

After 14 days, subscriptions are not refunded. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged again.

Two exceptions apply automatically:

• where a report fails for a technical reason attributable to us, the credits are returned to you;
• where you have been charged in error, the amount is refunded.

Sample reports may be consulted in full, on every plan including Free, before any payment.

We may change our prices. A change never applies to a period already paid for. We notify you before it takes effect, and you remain free to cancel.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer operates. Where a dispute cannot be settled between us, you may refer the matter to the consumer protection authorities of your country, or to an alternative dispute resolution body.

We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution body. This does not affect your ability to refer a matter to the consumer protection authorities of your country.

This contract is governed by Swiss law.

That choice does not deprive you of any protection. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain in full the mandatory protections conferred by the law of your country of residence, and no provision of this contract may set them aside. Where those protections afford you more than this contract, they prevail.

You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. We may bring proceedings against you only before the courts of your place of residence.
